Tri-Lakes CrossFit is proud to offer you a totally different concept in fitness.


Tri-Lakes CrossFit is a functional fitness facility offering group sessions and personal training/private coaching. Our workouts are programmed and conducted by certified coaches who are there to ensure you can safely and accurately perform the movements. We train as a group because we believe the fitness needs of elite athletes and grandparents differ only in degree not kind.

Our program delivers broad and inclusive fitness and we specialize in not specializing.

All of our workouts are infinitely scalable to meet the fitness level of any athlete.
